Strategic Plan
The Community Care Strategic Plan for 2010-2013 was developed as a result of the agency’s commitment to demonstrating how it is making a measurable difference in the lives of people living in our community. A number of systemic and environmental issues informed the development of the Strategic Plan. As well, priorities of the province and Central East LHIN were important considerations of the plan design.
Currently, the 4 Strategic Directions in the agency plan are:
- Develop and Deliver Quality, Timely Programs and Services
- Integrate and Consolidate Community Care Progams and Services
- Enhance and Expand Human Resource Capacity
- Strengthen Organizational Systems and Supports
