Board of Directors

Glenn Wilcox

As a registered Canadian non-profit organization, Community Care is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected from the general membership. The Board operates in accordance with the agency's constitution. Board meetings are held monthly. Serving in a governing role, the Board establishes policy consistent with the organization's values and vision. Standing committees work on behalf of the Board and include Human Resources, Public Relations, Fundraising, Planned Giving, Strategic Planning and Supportive Housing. Committees are comprised of board and staff members, as well as other volunteers from the community who enrich our work through their own expertise and experience.
