Donations and fundraising are two much-needed sources of revenue that help fund programs and services of Community Care, and which augment the agency’s government funding.
We invite you to invest in Community Care and put your money where your heart is – in an agency with staff and volunteers who are dedicated to keeping you, or your loved ones, healthy and independent for as long as possible!
In this Support Community Care section, we outline the variety of ways to help our agency, whether it be through gifts of time, money or participation in one of the Community Care Foundation’s initiatives that make it easy for you to give while at the same time honouring the memory of a loved one or ensuring a lasting legacy for the future.
The first section, Our Foundation, provides information and news about the work of the Community Care Foundation (Kawartha Lakes) and the work that it does to support the programs and services of Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes. In addition, recent activities of the Foundation, along with information about the Foundation’s corporate sponsors, is included, as well as a list of members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
The second section, Donations, contains information about ways to give to Community Care.
Finally, with our Donor Bill of Rights, Community Care emphasizes the importance and value of supporters to the agency.
