What Community care City of Kawartha Lakes is offering
An inter-professional team of providers works together to assess, diagnose, treat and provide follow-up care to its clients. In addition to health services, clients have access to a wide range of community support services offered by the well established and recognized community support service division of Community Care. Physicians working in a Community Health Centre are salaried. We offer a competitive salary with no overhead expenses. A complete electronic medical records system is provided.

Our team includes physician(s), nurse practitioners, clinical program manager, registered nurses, dietitian, social worker, rehabilitation therapists, and health educator. We have the ability to provide a complete range of health services, utilizing the skills and expertise that each member of the team brings. We also have access to many community agencies and providers.
