Community Care provides high quality support services that promote the ability of seniors and special needs clients to remain as independent as possible in their own communities throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes.

Community Care is committed to being a leader within the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District in the provision and co-ordination of health promotion and community support services designed to respect dignity, choice and independence.
