Primary Care
Through the services of the Community Health Centre, Community Care offers a range of health services delivered by a team of interprofessional staff. These include two physicians, a Nurse Practitioner, Rehabilitation Therapists, a Dietician, nurses and a social worker. From the site at 108 Angeline St South in Lindsay, the Team provides service from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.
