Primary Care
Through the services of the Community Health Centre, Community Care offers a range of health services delivered by a team of interprofessional staff. These include physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Rehabilitation Therapists, a Dietician, nurses and a social worker. From the site at 108 Angeline St South in Lindsay, the Team provides service from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Mondays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday – Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Friday.
