Community Support Services
For more than 25 years, Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes has provided community support services designed to assist seniors and people with special needs maintain their independence. Supported by hundreds of volunteers and a core group of staff, a range of services is provided at minimal cost or free. Whether it’s a ride to a medical appointment, a nutritious meal, relief from caregiving, help with personal care or homemaking, or a visit from a friendly volunteer, assistance is at hand through Community Care by calling 705-324-7323.
