Falls Prevention

A specialized program for seniors, Sage Advice and Gentle Exercises for Seniors (SAGES) is designed to proactively reduce the risk of falls and related injuries. Our Falls Prevention program helps seniors identify risks for falls, increase muscle strength and improve balance, agility and flexibility. Programs are offered regularly throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes, in the following communities:
