Supportive Housing
On-site support services are provided to eligible clients living in two non profit housing buildings in Fenelon Falls and three apartment buildings in Lindsay. Assistance can include such things as meal preparation, homemaking (laundry, house cleaning), and personal care such as bathing and toileting. Services are based on care plans developed by the agency in conjunction with the client and/or their designate.
