Community Care Tag Days Results
Results of Community Care 2011 Tag Day Fundraising:
Once again, City of Kawartha Lakes residents have responded generously when asked to support Community Care through the annual Tag Days fundraising efforts in four of our local communities. A total of $14,561 was raised in July, which is the highest total for the agency’s Tag Days since at least 2004.
This year’s Tag Days were held on separate weekends in Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Kirkfield and Lindsay.
Community Care wishes to express thanks to the following local stores for supporting Tag Days:
Bobcaygeon – Bobcaygeon Foodland, LCBO, Strang’s Valumart, Tim Horton’s.
Fenelon Falls – LCBO, Sobey’s, Tim Horton’s.
Kirkfield – LCBO.
Lindsay – Canadian Tire, Food Basics, Home Hardware, Lamantia’s Country Market, LCBO, Loblaws, Valumart, Zellers.
Money raised support many of Community Care’s services and programs that are not funded by government or other sources.
